The stadium earns a "Partially Accessible" rating because while match-day facilities include 800 wheelchair-accessible seats, elevators, and ramps at multiple entry points, the Tour Bernabeu does not allow wheelchair users to access all areas. Wheelchair visitors can tour select rooms for free with a companion, but cannot complete the full tour route.

Getting There

• Metro: Santiago Bernabeu station (Line 10) is directly at the stadium. The station has elevator access to street level.
• Bus: Lines 14, 27, 40, 43, 120, 147, and 150 stop near the stadium. All Madrid city buses are low-floor with boarding ramps.
• Accessible Parking: The stadium parking facility has 1,000 spaces with designated areas for disabled visitors. Access the parking area from Paseo de la Castellana.
• Approach: From the Metro station exit, the stadium is immediately visible. The approach from the station is flat with smooth sidewalks.

Tour Bernabeu

• The Real Madrid Museum is accessible for wheelchair users.
• Some tour areas involve level changes that are only navigable by stairs.

• The tour takes approximately 90 minutes for the full route. Wheelchair users visiting the accessible areas should allow about 45 minutes.

• Paseo de la Castellana, the wide boulevard in front of the stadium, is flat with wide sidewalks and dropped curbs, making the approach from either direction straightforward.
• Avoid arriving on match days if you only want to do the tour. The tour schedule is reduced or canceled on match days.
• The surrounding Chamartin neighborhood has wide, flat sidewalks and accessible restaurants along Paseo de la Castellana and Calle de Concha Espina.
